I am logged in to view the live sessions but am having technical difficulties (seeing or hearing the sessions). Who can help me?
Contact Multiview Support at multiviewmediasupport@multiview.com or (972) 910-6899. Support is available 30 minutes prior to and during all live sessions.

Can I participate from my phone or tablet?
Yes, the platform is suitable for computers as well and phones and tablets. We encourage you to use a computer if possible to have the best experience.

Can I join after a live session has already started?
Yes. Sessions are accessible anytime while they are airing live on the conference days. Following the livestream of the sessions, they will be available on-demand within a few days to view.

How do I see all of the Sponsors and Exhibitors for this event?
Click into the Exhibitors tab along the top menu to see the companies participating the RTIME Expo. All sponsors are listed on the Homepage.

If I missed a live session how long until it’s ready on demand?
Sessions will be available to re-watch on-demand on this conference site for one month, until March 31. After that point, all breakout sessions will be available to view on the NTCA Live Learning Center. All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded within two business days.

White IP Blocks
Our Edge Nodes require access to all servers associated with your origin configuration. Please ensure that your firewall allows access to all of the IPv4 and IPv6 blocks listed in this table. Note: This table contains a superset of all IP addresses that are listed in the section below (“The following CDN IPs can access your origin”) as well as subsets that have been assigned to CDN points of presence that will be brought online in the future.

I need to download the mobile app content for this event.
If you don’t already have the NTCA App installed on your device, search your app store for “NTCA” and download the app. Once you have launched the app, tap “List of Events” in the bottom right and select 2024 NTCA RTIME from the event list.

If you already have the NTCA App and are still viewing a previous event, tap the “Exit to Event List” button at the bottom of the main screen and then select 2024 NTCA RTIME from the event list.
