Brian Marples, Radiobiologist, William Beaumont Hospital
Dr. Giuseppe Sanguineti is Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences since 2007, and also holds a joint appointment in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery. He received his medical degree with summa laude from the University of Genoa Medical School, Italy and completed residency training in both radiation Oncology and Clinical Oncology at the same University. He completed a fellowship in Head and Neck cancer radiotherapy at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas, in 1994-95. He served as Assistant Professor first and Associate Professor later at the department of Radiation Oncology of the National Institute for Cancer Reasearch (IST) of Genoa until 2002, when he moved, as Associate Professor to the department of Radiation Oncology of the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas, until his latest move to Baltimore.
He holds board certification in radiation oncology from the American Board of Radiology, and is an active member of several societies including the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology as well as the European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
When in Galveston, he was awarded a professorship. For 3 years and in two separate locations, he was awarded the `annual teaching award` from his residents by the American Association of Radiation Oncology Residents (ARRO).

Adam Garden, Radiation Oncologist,
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center
Dr. Adam Garden attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and received his B.A. in natural science. He then went on to SUNY Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn, NY to receive his M.D. and complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at Staten Island Hospital in NY. Dr. Garden completed his residency in radiation therapy and fellowship in experimental raditation at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
