This session is designed for current ROPA surveyors from novices to experts. A comprehensive overview of the ROPA program - from the facility application - through the determination will be presented. Attend this workshop to refine your survey skills through an interactive presentation of the ROPA data collection system and information on interview tactics, documentation and oral presentations of survey findings to the facility's key staff. Additionally, a legal perspective of accreditation and the surveyor's role will be provided.
