This interactive course will focus on cases that illustrate difficult challenges in the loco-regional management of cervical cancer. Clinical cases of will provide the basis for short presentations and subsequent discussion. At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to do the following: 1. Discuss the roles of surgery and radiation therapy in the regional management of vulvar cancer. 2. Explain the potential role of IMRT in treatment of locally advanced vulvar cancer. 3. Identify issues that need to be addressed in the integration of brachytherapy with regional treatment of intact cervical cancer.
