During this session, the presenter will build the case for zero tolerance for healthcare-associated infections. Challenges of creating an environment that fosters cultural change and how to overcome barriers will be discussed. Dr. Granato will describe how one hospital used multidisciplinary teams to redesign the process of central-line insertion and care.
