Description
Today, the outsourcing of selected recruiting activities is an integral part of higher education strategy. For colleges and universities, benefits of outsourcing are substantial: reduced costs, increased enrollments, targeted potential student audiences, and expanded services and expertise. Outsourcing allows higher education institutions to refocus their resources on their core business; education and research. For outsourcing to be successful the decisions need to be informed ones.
