Description
Campus Ambassador programs provide an effective, cost-efficient way for employers to leverage the enthusiasm and networking skills of their own interns to achieve greater on-campus presence. Campus ambassadors are chosen from the employer's current interns who, when they return to campus, build visibility and relationships with campus constituencies on the employer's behalf. This session will highlight the programs of six top employers whose campus ambassadors supplement the efforts of their college relations staff and campus teams. Participants will be taken through all the steps to begin or improve a program: Building the business case and action plan; selecting and training campus ambassadors; integrating their activities into current efforts; and developing pay and evaluation practices.
