Description
Although many community college students enter school right after high school, a large number of nontraditional students enroll as well. These students are typically older and are motivated in different ways than traditional students. LCCC has designed several programs to serve the unemployed, the aging work force, and adult workers seeking career transition, including Career Boot Camp, a program designed for adults seeking a career change; Transitions, a networking group for business professionals; and PROS, a professional development program. Explore the unique needs of nontraditional and adult job seekers. Discover the type of programming that best fits the needs of this population. Examine the structure and/or format that works most effectively.
