Graduate students often feel that they have invested many years, blood, sweat, and tears into their academic careers, and are hoping for a jackpot. However, many fear that their investment in grad school will be wasted. McGill's Program for the Advancement of Career Explorations (PACE), is a series of four workshops designed to help graduate students perform an extensive self assessment, as well as inspire effective career explorations.
