Description
The demand for engineers, scientists, and business management graduates is highly competitive for the technology industries. In order to meet the large demand for these candidates, Northrop Grumman has implemented a number of key practices for campus recruiting of minority graduates to increase our pool of candidates as well as improve our organization through diversity of people and ideas. This session will provide the key elements of the Northrop Grumman recruiting practices and highlight the successful programs offered to all employees that encourage diversity and inclusion. Participants will develop an understanding of how to implement key recruiting practices and increase the success in hiring diversity candidates in addition to compiling a list of program ideas to adapt for their own organizations.
