Description
This session will take the audience through basic LEAN terminology, provide key definitions, as well as origins and action items associated with each definition. In addition, speakers will provide real life applications of LEAN principles in a cellular therapies laboratory that have resulted in improved efficiency, improved work flow and increased safety.

  • Describe applications of LEAN process engineering in a cellular therapy laboratory.
  • List at least three LEAN terms and their definition.
