Dental assistants are important to practice success! They must be prompt, organized self-starters, outstanding communicators and exceptional caregivers. This course will instruct, enlighten, inform and honor the position of dental assisting.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Outline the three values of a dental assistant to their employers
2. Make all dental assistants (clinical and business) feel important
3. Understand difference in behavioral style - Uniqueness forms a dynamic team

This course is presented in partnership with the American Dental Assistants Association.
