Mechanical instrumentation of root canals with nickel-titanium files used in a crown-down preparation can be altered for any filling technique. Principles, concepts, sequences and breakage prevention will be discussed.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Know the different types of rotary instruments and their uses
2. Perform crown-down preparations
3. Understand causes and prevention of file fractures
