The clinical team has significant influence while sitting chairside with patients, if the opportunity is recognized and utilized. Learn how to "tune in" and communicate at the chair to influence treatment acceptance and facilitate financial understanding.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Recognize the significant influence of the clinical team
2. Learn important transitional stages between the exam and treatment acceptance
3. Acquire new skills in treatment and fee discussion to gain greater acceptance
