Dr. Bambara is on faculty at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and holds a fellowship in the American College of Dentists. He lectures nationally and internationally on attachment prosthetics and has a private practice on Staten Island, N.Y.

Teaching Method: Lecture
This course will discuss the many uses of attachments with implant dentistry. Treatment planning and review of cases will be discussed as well as applications for the use of rigid and resilient attachments to support and protect soft tissues and teeth.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand the rationale for using attachments in treatment planning cases
2. Understand the rigid or resilient functioning of attachments
3. Use attachments to protect weak abutments and or to preserve soft tissue
