In recent times, esthetic dentistry seems to have taken precedence over principle centered, comprehensive restorative care. Dr. McDonald will discuss functional principles that define the parameters of esthetics and present a "toolbox" for esthetic diagnosis.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. List three functional principles that define the parameters of esthetics
2. Understand how function can affect tooth size, shape and position
3. Perform a laboratory diagnostic evaluation from clinical data
