Dental assistants face some of the greatest ergonomic challenges on the team. In this interactive, research-based course, assistants will learn powerful strategies to prevent and manage occupational pain, including equipment, positioning and exercise.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Recognize MSDs to which assistants are most prone and implement prevention
2. Identify how different stools and their adjustment impact spinal health
3. Target key muscles in a preventive exercise and stretching program
