This presentation will review the indications for neural reconstruction as well as the guidelines for diagnosis and non-surgical management for patients with traumatic neuropathies of the IAN and lingual nerve.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Identify the common mechanisms of iatrogenic trigeminal nerve injuries
2. Recognize the clinical presentation of a neural injury
3. Understand the prognosis and treatment options for nerve injury patients
