The best leadership teams are comprised of individuals who understand each other's work and leadership styles, and adapt accordingly. That's why it's important to take time to identify and analyze each other's strengths and weaknesses—before, or shortly after, a working relationship begins. During this program you'll learn about your own strengths and weaknesses and how to quickly identify others' work styles. Participants will develop self-awareness about their personal leadership style and will identify the importance of creating a balanced leadership team. A key to strong leadership is being able to foster acceptance and understanding of those who lead differently than you. Ms. Byers will instruct how to enhance this skill as well as your ability to understand patients.
