9:00am - Noon
A major complaint of new dentists is that dental school didn't teach them enough on how to run a practice. Dr. Van Dyk will fill that gap by looking at the important parts of a dental business and give you the tools to make your practice successful. Working as an associate, becoming an owner, watching and using practice numbers, handling managed care patients, finding money to borrow for practice start up or purchase, and effective marketing of today's patients are all important parts of business success and are covered in such a way that you can implement his recommendations immediately.
The attendee will be able to:
• Discover who leads and who follows in a successful practice
• Review guidelines on both successful associateships and ownership arrangements
• Understand basic parameters to help keep and evaluate practice numbers
• Learn how to find the money you need to purchase or expand your practice
• Learn what works in quality marketing to separate your practice from the rest
