Our understanding of the caries process is now more sophisticated and instructions to just "brush and floss" are not adequate for many high-risk adults. Learn practical tips to quickly assess and manage difficult patients using the latest chemotherapeutic and behavioral methods.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Quickly use the CAMBRA and ADA Caries Risk Assessment instruments
2. Use the risk assessment categories to customize practical preventive protocols
3. Properly use xylitol, ACP, CPP-ACP, fluoride varnishes, CHX varnish, and more
