This course presents recently published recommendations and evidence-based information concerning occupational risks and preventive measures. Dr. Molinari will also discuss issues where perceptions and misuse of products and procedures are in conflict with accumulated knowledge.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the rationale for effective, practical infection control precautions
2. Describe recent infection control advances, products and appropriate applications
3. Discuss strategies which can address dental water recommendations
