This course explores the strategies women can use to achieve optimal health across their lifespan. Topics include the role of nutrition and lifestyle in preventing chronic disease, heart health, stress management, menopause, eating disorders and much more.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Describe risk factors and medical/dental issues involved with eating disorders
2. Discuss nutritional and lifestyle strategies for reducing risk of disease
3. Identify the role of chronic stress on emotional wellbeing and heart health
