He is an active member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and is in full-time private practice. His special interests include cone beam CT in dental implants and digital impressioning

Dr. Schroder will briefly discuss the systems currently available for digital impressioning. The live patient demonstration of a single crown prep and scan with a currently available digital system will help dentists obtain excellent impressions, be they digital or conventional.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Utilize a dental dam in the isolation and preparation of a single crown
2. Understand ideal preparation techniques for fabricating a zirconia-based crown
3. Understand the utilization of a digital scanner in the fabrication of a single crown
