A successful practice is the result of effective communication and sound, efficient policies carried out by a knowledgeable, motivated team. There is a good way to say things, and a great way to say things. While the differences may be minor, the differences in outcome are major!

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Demonstrate exceptional telephone technique, leaving a powerful first impression
2. Properly present fees and financial options that enable patients to accept treatment
3. Comfortably ask existing patients to refer their friends and family for dental care
