There are a number of factors that play a critical role in practice success. This course identifies four key components for doctors, staff and patients, that, when utilized on a daily basis, have a positive impact on the emotional and financial health of the practice.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Clearly define the dentists' expectations from their team
2. Clearly evaluate the level of commitment from every member of the staff
3. Implement sound patient policies to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness
