Difficult people are everywhere! They can be patients, staff, doctors or anyone. This program humorously reveals the basic difficult personality styles that are out to drain you and your practice of vital energy. You will learn what they do and why, and what you can do about it.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand why people behave the way they do and explore how you can help change them
2. Discover how not to react to reactive and negative people
3. Increase their skill level in dealing with difficult personality types
