Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns are very popular despite some less than ideal characteristics. Metal-free onlays are a good alternative. This course will show you how better materials and techniques can make these restorations easier and better than traditional dentistry.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the many benefits of metal-free inlays, onlays and full crowns
2. Explain biomechanical principles of tooth preparation specific to metal-free onlays
3. Describe sensitive free and easy cementation techniques
