Learn the keys to becoming the best you can be; discover communication skills to build trust relationships; create predictable routines for comprehensive exams, treatment planning and presenting complete dentistry; and create a scheduling system that ends hectic, chaotic days.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Use interview techniques to help the team discover the patient's wishes
2. Develop communication skills for quickly establishing rapport with people
3. Design new scheduling systems that streamline hygiene and dental appointments
