Federal regulations call for healthcare offices to implement electronic records by 2015, which should lead to improved efficiency and reduced medical errors. Healthcare professionals may be apprehensive or confused, but changing to digital charts is usually easier than expected.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Lead their office in the journey toward digital charting
2. Know what software, hardware and external devices are required for digital charting
3. Understand and overcome office objections to proceeding with digital charting
