This course will explain how the dental profession's peer review system is organized and how it operates to resolve disputes between dentists and patients.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Gain skills in resolving dental disputes
2. Understand the American Dental Association's recommendations on peer review
3. Understand the benefits of using the peer review system
