This presentation looks at a fundamental issue, endodontic anatomy. From inside and outside photorealistic CT reconstructions, a diagnostic regiment is shown that definitively rules endo pathosis in or out. The course finishes with treatment planning rules for endo vs. implant.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand endodontic anatomy and critical reasons we treat to full apical and lateral extents
2. Recognize how CT and 2-D X-ray imaging and thermal pulp tests deliver 100% diagnostic confidence
3. Identify critical issues when planning for endo vs. implants and safe implant placement for GPs
