This presentation is a descriptive walk through the recent surge in new procedural concepts and technologies as seen in cleared roots, including guided-access cavities, rotary negotiation, state-of-the-art shaping files, bug-jarring irrigation and several new ways that 3-D obturation can be done literally in seconds.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand how cutting with guided access burs reduces tooth loss while improving file paths
2. Appreciate how rotary negotiation brings the level of improvement rotary shaping did 15 years ago
3. Recognize how 3-D obturation improves success rates and how simple it is with today's technology
