There are two important facets of the dental practice -- providing great dental care, and the business end. You can't have one without the other to be successful. I know you all say, "We don't like that word 'sell.'" Maybe that is the problem. It's fun and rewarding, so come check it out!

2. Ask more questions and listen more than they talk
3. Understand that what the patient wants is as important as what they need
