The dental profession's peer review program is designed to help dentists resolve disputes with patients and payers regarding the quality and appropriateness of care or, in some cases, fees. The course includes an explanation of The ADA's recommendations on the structure and operation of the peer review process.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand the ADA's recommendations for organizing and implementing a peer review program
2. Understand the benefits of using a peer review system
3. Understand how to participate in the peer review process
