Rear Admiral Bailey is the chief dental officer for the U.S. Public Health Service and the acting director of the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions Division of Oral Health. He is board-certified in Dental Public Health.

Dr. Ball is a board-certified prosthodontist and director of the Dallas VA Central Dental Laboratory. He is clinical instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.

Mr. John Heath serves as the civilian human resources manager for the USA Dental Command. Mr. Heath oversees the hiring and personnel administration for the 2,500 members of the Civilian Dental Corps. He resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife and daughter.

Captain Taft received his DDS degree from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1983. He was dean of the Naval Postgraduate Dental School (NPDS), Bethesda, Maryland, from 2006-2011, and is currently the deputy corps chief, United States Navy Dental Corps.

Dr. Young-McKinney is the U.S. Air Force dental education and assimilation officer. She is a board-certified general dentist, and is stationed at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas, where she works in the Dental Utilization and Education office.
