This course defines the management of caries disease by integrating diagnostic information and collection of data from predominantly visual examination. Learn how decision making takes place in the clinic and how multiple aspects of complex information are integrated with the visual examination to design a treatment plan.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Differentiate between management options for caries based on the visual assessment
2. Compare different ideas about coming to a diagnostic decision
3. Identify ways to integrate relevant examination information into clinical practice
