Bleaching vital and nonvital single dark teeth requires a careful diagnosis of the etiology and appropriate tray design. Treatment of sensitivity during bleaching, and use of bleaching agents for caries control in elderly and orthodontic patients, provide a balanced plan for patient care.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand techniques for bleaching both vital and nonvital single dark teeth
2. Control and avoid sensitivity during bleaching by tray application of products
3. Prevent caries in elderly patients and orthodontic patients with bleaching
