Dr. Reinhardt is dean of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, Nebraska. He received his DDS from Loyola University School of Dentistry, an MS in operative dentistry from the University of Iowa and an MPH from Harvard University.

This course will cover a wide range of topics related to the need, opportunities and steps for dentists or allied dental personnel to become full- or part-time faculty. The program format will include presentations and panel discussion with opportunities for audience participation.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:1. Understand the need and opportunities for dental educators
2. List the advantages of becoming a dental educator
3. Develop a personal plan for applying for a position in dental education
