Every malpractice lawsuit will claim the dentist did not meet the standard of care. This program will review actual lawsuits and review how the standard of care was discussed and decided in court. It begins with documentation and ends with treatment. Make your practices and staff members better now.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the concept of standard of care and its importance in malpractice
2. Apply the concept to many different clinical situations that ended in a lawsuit
3. Improve their practices by understanding and meeting accepted standards of care
