The process utilizes development staff and volunteer leadership to not only identify, but also individually assess those with whom the institution hopes to engage. It then details specifics of utilizing these identified names in an effective prospect screening and rating session along with steps that can be taken to successfully prioritize the prospects and inexpensively gather the necessary background data.
