Description
In any success story, collaboration and shared knowledge is key. In this session we plan to demonstrate the ways in which the annual giving and donor relations offices worked together to create dynamic change at NYU Poly. No longer segmented and stark, communications are rich, bold and all
encompassing, allowing donors to be engaged and active in the Poly community and in the giving cycle as a whole. NYU-Poly re-designed the methods in which it connects and listens to its donors using digital media and Web 2.O to enhance the overall experience.
