This session will provide a more granular assessment of the emerging leadership of women in the profession and in wealth acquisition and retention, analyzing both demographic and economic data by profession and employment category as well as by age and geography. The session will also touch on unpublished opinion research on the views of younger women regarding philanthropic engagement. The result will be a more refined and nuanced picture of future wealth trends among women, and hence a platform upon which to begin to build philanthropic and leadership strategy.
