Donor acquisition is the toughest challenge for charities worldwide. Charities spend millions of dollars trying new ideas, but some ideas are already well established elsewhere. Europeans, SE Asian and Australian NFPs are getting better value from their donors by ensuring a large proportion are monthly donors with automatic debits.
