Description
There’s a stereotype out there that says that successful fundraisers have to be extroverts. This stereotype doesn’t recognize that the quiet strengths of introverts are actually key to building deep and meaningful relationships with donors. This presentation explores how introverts can lean into their quiet strengths as they build meaningful donor relationships as well as providing extroverts with an opportunity to reflect on their own approach to donor relations.
