The purpose of this presentation is to educate participants, in an interactive way, on the issues involved in responding to inquiries from a state regulator. Having previously served as state regulators, Mr. Petersen and Ms. MacMurray will provide their unique perspective on the issues state regulators consider when opening an investigation. They will discuss steps that can be taken to minimize the risk involved if the regulators decide to come looking.
