Description
Time management and master scheduling have a common foundation—the availability of only a limited set of resources to accomplish key priorities. As such, it’s important for operations management professionals to recognize that a good process is not about saying “no”; rather, it’s about understanding the costs associated with saying “yes.” This presentation will involve an in-depth look at time and resource management and consider the similarities between these two important processes.
LEARNER OUTCOMES:
Have a much better understanding of master scheduling and the importance of managing time and resource. Good process is not about saying "NO", it is about understanding the cost of saying "YES".
