Anna VerSteeg is the president and co-founder of Competitive Solutions, Inc. She specializes in employee empowerment and business performance excellence. VerSteeg worked with Nortel as general manager, plant manager, engineering director, and both quality and maintenance managers. The recognition of her work by a Fortune 500 Tour of Excellence Committee led to personal presentations and featured appearances on CBS Evening News and National Public Radio. She is the coauthor of three books and works with numerous companies on team implementation, business performance improvement, and leadership development.
