Miller has more than 30 articles published and has written chapters in two books. His education includes an MBA from UW-Parkside.

Description
Learn how to recognize and alleviate conflicts that prevent purchasing professionals from supporting Just-In-Time (JIT) efforts. This presentation will explore strategies to resolve challenges, including the drive to reduce costs, ineffective waste-reduction incentives, and lack of trust between suppliers and purchasing professionals. It also will include two roundtable exercises to help you contend with obstacles and formulate strategies for world-class JIT.
