Description
This case study details the paths one supply chain management team traveled on the road to success, including creating the best possible team, building the right relationships across functions, educating global businesspeople, and obtaining senior management buy-in. Both successes and failures will be discussed in order to help you understand how to add real value to your business. The presenter also will explain why team members focused on three key supply chain initiatives (enterprise resources planning, sales and operations planning, and lean manufacturing).
